1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping (if offered): varies by destination
Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on
location, weight, and carrier rates.
4. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a
tracking number via email or text (if selected). Tracking updates
may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct
shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to
incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for
lost or stolen items.
- If a package is stuck in transit or delayed, please contact the
carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but we cannot
replace items that carriers have lost or mishandled.
7. International Orders (if applicable) Customs fees, import taxes, and
duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not
responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations Once an order is processed, we cannot
